TAKE THE NEXT STEP
with
a fast new way to create perfect ELT alignment
...in as little as 4 weeks
The TeamView Weekly SnapShots Program creates alignment rather than by focusing on the ELT as a group, by instead enabling ELT members to get to discover themselves as a group of INDIVIDUALS.
And they do that that by getting to know more about each other, via a proprietary daily micro-journaling process that preserves each member's anonymity.
This anonymity is critical for the freedom of expression it enables. These diverse collected perspectives provide otherwise unknown insight into what ELT members all a part of, and that everyone can get to know.
But more than commonalities and differences being made abundantly clear, fresh understandings naturally emerge about perspectives and issues that never get to be identified and discussed in the course of everyday work.
Issues and perspectives that directly inform the work actually being done, never mind how it actually gets done.
The TeamView Weekly SnapShots Discovery Program is a fast new simple way to create ELT alignment by tapping into the collective intelligence of the entire Executive Leadership Team.
All resulting in a more aligned, more effective, and more productive Executive Leadership Team.
And a more aligned, more effective, and more productive overall organization.
And all achieved in as little as 4 weeks
Every day for four weeks, each ELT member takes five minutes to answer the same set of five questions via a secure online form.
The identity of each respondent remains anonymous and unknown.
At the end of each week, all of the week's responses are aggregated and summarized, and shared with all ELT members.
During each weekly professionally-facilitated 60-minute virtual Discovery meeting of all ELT members, what stands out in the aggregated anonymous responses is discussed, and mutually recognized areas for change are identified.
ELT members also get to learn more about themselves via the 30-minute proprietary guided 'Self-Leadership Dialogs' process.
ELT members also are provided with an unlimited number of 15-minute 1-on-1 private Clean Coaching laser sessions with Jonn Kares (subject to availability) to address personal issues that may arise during the course of the four weeks.
All kinds. I've worked with the ELTs of:
What they all have in common is unaligned or misaligned ELTs due to no clear common understanding of what members are all a part of, because no time or place is made for ELT members to come together and talk about their unique perspectives in ways that enable what is not known among them to safely become self-evident.
The TeamView Weekly SnapShots Discovery program is not for everyone.
The process is designed to work with ELTs made up of six to 10 team members. No more, no less.
Answering the five daily questions is crucial. All ELT members must be committed to accomplishing this 5-minute task every day, as well as attending the weekly 60-minute ELT facilitated Discovery meetings.
This 4-week Discovery Experience only works when ELT members are committed to participating fully to wanting to achieve an even more highly effective Executive Leadership Team.
Over and above the time commitment, the organization must be prepared to invest USD$20k for this four-week ELT development program.
1 · Something valuable I learned today that I think other team members would find valuable is...
2 · To enable me to be even more effective, I wish...
3 · Something I think we need to be paying more attention to is...
4 · Something I need help with/something I would like to learn right now is...
5 · Something in my world I'd like to see changed / something I wish was different is…
You are certainly free to do so.
But if you were going to do it, wouldn't you have already done so by now?
It doesn't get done because time must be intentionally taken to make it happen.
It also requires discipline to not only answer the daily questions, but to also manage and aggregate the resulting emerging custom dataset of answers in the face of so many other pressing priorities.
Never mind the resistance that can naturally arise if ELT development is viewed as a 'pet project' being forced on the team by the ELT leader (typically the CEO) rather than as a mutually desired undertaking taken on by all team members.
Also doing it on your own you miss out on:
· Professionally facilitated weekly TeamView SnapShot Discovery meetings
· The benefit of an outsider's perspective ("you can't read the label from inside the jar")
· Guided 'Self-Leadership Dialogs'
· Unlimited 1-on-1 private Clean Coaching with Jonn Kares
Yes, investing five minutes a day, and one more hour-long weekly meeting, adds to the already jammed calendars of busy executives.
But how much is it worth correcting ELT dysfunction that's costing the organization:
· Poor collaboration
· Bad decision-making
· Withheld communication
· Lack of alignment
· Team member disengagement
Liabilities that all become minimized when time and space is made for ELT members to collectively discover together who they really are, what they are a part of, and what they are contributing to.
And ELTs find the resulting clarity of understanding that emerges from the investment in the TeamView Weekly SnapShots Program actually frees up more time.
The real question is, can you afford NOT to take the time to create a more cohesive and aligned ELT?
Yes, but have you ever done it?
100% of your program fee (less a 10% administration charge) will be returned to you if at the end of the four-week program all team members have completed all 28 days of the daily micro-journaling exercise, and all have attended all weekly ELT Discovery meetings, and you find the TeamView program to be of no benefit to your ELT.
Just let me know.
All you have to do is ask and your money will be cheerfully refunded.
Have all ELT members take the ELT Dysfunction Checkup
(it's free, and only takes 10 minutes)
You may find everything is just fine.
But if not, review the survey results with your ELT.
